Enterprise of Hydrangea and ornamental plants in Brittany

Enterprise which is specialised in the production of Hydrangea.
8 hectares (20 acres) in culture.
The enterprise has an area of about 13,5 ha (32,5 acres) and also produces different kinds of conifers and ornamental trees.

It has good possibilities for further development.

The climate of the Côter d’Armor department (and specially the micro-climate in the region north of Guingamp) suits very well to the culture of hydrangea (very little frost and not to warm in the summer)
A big part of the production is actually sold at the Dutch market.

This enterprise is proposed with:

    -        about 13,5 hectares of land
-        various cultures
-        buildings with a cool room and two very modern
         drying rooms (dried flowers)
-        equipment
-        up-to-date irrigation system which is completely
         computer managed.
-        a spacious bungalow with all comforts surrounded by a
         very beautiful garden.
